Q: I have a 1996 nissan pickup with 411,110 miles. It has a high RPM level when started but then after it warms up after a few hours

The truck at first start the idle is high like normal. But then after a few hours the idle is at 1000 RPM to 1500 RPM. Can the throttle body be adjusted?
