Hello and welcome to JustAnswer, my name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* I have over 22 years of experience in this field. I'm so sorry for your inconvenience and hopefully, I can help. The battery needs to be at 12.6 volts and not drop less than 11 volts if it does the battery is no good and will need replacing. Also, while the vehicle is running the charging system needs to be between 13.5 to 14.5 volts, if is not than the [alternator](/topics-alternator-hyundai/) is not good. If the alternator is not charging i will discharge your battery and may ruin it as well. One more thing, make sure the battery terminals are tight and free of corrosion. Good luck.

Car was serviced less than a month ago terminals are spotless the car started immediately when she left work and ran fine all the way home tried jumpstarting it not even cranking
