Ok

Ok he did that but the car Won't start nownow the alarm is going off again
Automotive Expert
Ok, well that is how you disable the alarm. The not starting and alarm going off again says to me that either the battery voltage is low or there is another issue going on. Try jump starting it and doing that again, if that doesn't work, I'd recommend getting it to a shop because there is likely something else going on.

He did that and it wouldn't let the car start and now the alarm going off againIt just ran before we got the new battery

I understand, it sounds like there is an issue with the anti theft. If the battery is good it should start. The alarm disabling procedure wouldn't cause the car to not start When you try to start it does it just click?

It don't do nothing

Her car was running fine before her battery died we got new battery and this happened
Automotive Expert
Ok, are you sure the battery connections are tight and that no fuses were blown when replacing the battery
