The windshield washer helps keep your windshield clean. The washer sprays soapy water onto your windshield, and then wipes it away, to rid the windshield of any dirt or debris that had accumulated. Using the front windshield washer is easy: 1. Locate the windshield wiper lever, which protrudes from the right side of the steering wheel. 2. Pull the windshield wiper lever towards you, at which point washer fluid will be sprayed onto the windshield. 3. When a sufficient amount of washer fluid has been applied to the windshield, release the windshield wiper lever. After you release the windshield wiper lever, the wipers will wipe a few times to clear your windshield of any excess washer fluid.
