The exterior lights will stay on for a short time after you exit your vehicle and close the doors. You can adjust how long the exterior lights stay on before they automatically turn off with the following steps: 1. Turn the ignition to On, while making sure the vehicle is completely stopped. 2. Press the Menu button. 3. Use the +/- buttons to highlight Customize Settings, then press Source. 4. Use the +/- buttons to highlight Lighting Setup, then press Source. 5. Use the +/- buttons to highlight Headlight Auto Off Timer, then press Source. 6. Use the +/- buttons to choose between 60sec, 30sec, 15sec, and 0sec, then press Source.
