Q: how do i adjust the compas

asked by on October 22, 2017

Warning lite says cal. I believe this means the compass needs to be adjusted

My car has 25000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

When the compass displays CAL is due to the system lost GPS signal. Try driving the vehicle in an open area and then in a parking lot drive in circles for about 3 times and see if the CAL changes to a direction for you. If it does not then you will need to have system checked for codes with a scanner to see if the GPS system is not working and needs repairs.
