You will probably have to apply a good amount of force while wiggling the key to get it out. As far as the alarm going off, your key will need programmed to the immobilizer by the dealership.

You may need to get vice grips on the key but it should come out. Try a cycling it through the different ignition positions and wiggling the key while pulling out

Tried that.. could the key be locked because of the alarm?The person that made the key and is trying to program the remote is with me and we both tried the suggestions you are saying but he says he that the key has never locked on him beforeIs there a way to reset the alarm?

If nothing else is working you will need to remove the ignition cylinder

If the key cannot be removed from the lock cylinder it will need cut open and replaced
