Hello, If the door unlock knob or lever is in the unlock position and the door won’t open, there is a good chance that the door latch is broken. The door panel can be removed or the panel may have to be cut for access leading to replacement of the door panel. Once access to the latch is available, the latch may have to be cut or pried apart to get it to release. Once the door is open the latch can then be replaced.
