Q: Door handle not working from outside

asked by on February 15, 2016

My front passenger's side door handle will not work from the outside.

A common failure for your vehicle is that the outside door handle will break. When this happens, the door will not open from the outside, as you are describing. I would ask for assistance from one of the mechanics at YourMechanic. They can come to your location and replace your door handle, so that your door will operate as it is intended.
