The Dynamics Sensor is internal to the Occupant Restraints Controller (ORC). On the floor pan below the center console, see attached.

See attached. You need to perform the ABS initialization routine using an OEM scan tool. If you don't have a factory tool I'm not sure where you'll find it but it should be in the command functions for the anti lock braking system. You do need to perform it twice and each time re-set the DTC. If it does not come back on you're good. If it comes back it's in the wiring, the ORC or the ABS module.
