I was driving and all of a sudden it became hard to steer on to the right. I then heard a squeaking sound the [battery](/topics-battery-dodge/) light came in as did the temperature light. I pulled over sat for 5 minutes. Car then started just fine and drove about 4 miles to a store. Mechanic's Assistant: Have you tested the battery? Have you tried testing the [alternator](/topics-alternator-dodge/)? I opened the hood and fluid seems fine, did hear a squeaking sound and somewhat not normal shaking.
