Where do I begin to fix this issue

My car has 120312 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.

Hi there:

It’s very difficult to tell you where to start if we don’t know what type of troubles or symptoms you’re experiencing. A professional mechanic typically will download OBD-II trouble codes first, then test drive or communicate with the owner about driving symptoms they are experiencing. In general, the OBD-II trouble codes you’re seeing are general codes for a problem with the Mass Airflow (MAF) Sensor having a low voltage output to the Engine Control Unit (ECU).
