There is a loud clunking noise when I go over a speed bump. The noise appears to be coming from the right rear.

Any part of the suspension could make this noise; from a failed strut to a worn control arm bushing. A mechanic would typically reproduce the condition by listening for the clunking noise while driving over a speed bump to properly diagnose the cause, and recommend the best path to repair. I suggest using YourMechanic, since we come to you.
