Thank you. **the very first thing you need to do is to check the transmission fluid. make sure its full, reddish/pink and doesnt smell burnt.**

I can’t do that as it doesn’t have a dip stick. Is there another way I can do this?

3.5 v6
Automotive Expert
ok you will need to get this dipstick that is made specifically for your vehicle at any part store. **9336A**

Okay thank you! In the meantime is there anything else I could check?
Automotive Expert
the only other thing would be to have the transmission control module scanned for fault codes to see what part is faulting. hopefully its not internal

Okay thank you for your help
