I help many customers, so sometimes my replies are delayed, I will respond once available. I try to be online at 1-5 pm and 10 pm-5 am every day. Pretty much any pump you buy is going to be remanufactured. I have the best luck when using OEM parts AC-DELCO remanufactured. Aftermarket I would suggest a Cardone brand pump. You should be able to warranty replace it since it is not a year old.

I agree with that. It may be time to try a GM brand part from AC-DELCO.

According to Summit Ac Delco 159 098 26 fits my car and its new .

You cannot purchase a brand new pump. Those are only for new vehicles out of the factory.
