far I have replace two sensors one above [radiator](/topics-radiator-chevy/) drainage plug and the coolant sensor on right side of [engine](/topics-engine-chevy/) I don't think I put it in right because I lost fluid while putting in coolant this morningDecided to ask for help

HI Even if you did not install it correctly and you need to remove it and reinstall so it does not leak, the sensor would still work and your gauge at the instrument cluster should still work. It is most likely a failure in the instrument cluster but give me 10 minutes or so to go thru the schematics

The temperature gauge read cold previously it stopped reading before I started this job

HI Ok, the signal is sent to the pcm, then on computer data lines to the bcm, then to the instrument cluster. You will need a scan tool with live data to see if the pcm is showing a temperature reading with engine idling. If it is not, then a short in the wire between it and the coolant temperature sensor. If it is, then see if the bcm has a reading. If it does not, then either a problem in the computer data line or the pcm not sending the signal If it is, then check for reading at the instrument cluster with scan tool. If it has a reading coming to it, then the gauge is faulty and instrument cluster has to be replaced. If not, then either in the computer data line or the bcm on circuit going out to the cluster
