Sorry to hear your having issues with your vehicle I will try to assist you.
Looking at the information you have provided it would appear and doe sound like a wheel bearing issue I would advise to jack the vehicle up and put saftey axle stands under and check with the wheel still on to see if there is any free play in any of the wheels you need to check with your hands at 12 and 6 o clock positions for a wheel bearing free play and 3 and 9 o clock for steering free play. As a wheel bearing will also give a humming noise and a vibration when its worn severly.
