I'm sorry I'm just a bit confused I was at yourmechanic.com and thought I was scheduling a diagnostic for $90 or so but got forwarded to JustAnswers. But I'll give it a shot to see if anything I can use to find proper diagnostic

No problem at all, sorry for any confusion with the site, but would be glad to try and help figure out what's going on with the transmission, if having any issues with the diagnosis. Not sure about the warranty company coverages, but I'm sure we can at least figure out if transmission needs to be replaced, or if there's an issue with the wiring or transmission computer. Sorry for the delay, just getting back from supper. Unfortunately I don't think repairs will be covered by the warranty. I'm seeing under "What is not covered, line 2" issues with transmission sensors and valve body will not allow coverage for transmission replacement.
- Are there any dedicated transmission rebuild shops in town? Would have one take a 2nd look and see if just the valve body/tcm can be replaced at this time, instead of complete transmission, but I'm not seeing the valve body listed as one of the covered items of the plan.

Expecting replacement costs for valve body would less than $1K, while transmission replacement costs should be in the $2K-$5K range. Please lemme know what ya find out, or if there's anything I can do to help/any other questions come up!
