If it's backfiring and the fuel filter was stopped up real bad then you'll need to check the fuel pressure as the fuel pump may be worn out. A bad fuel injector would cause a misfire but you would have to check the spray pattern on a fuel injection tester. When you say the plugs burn out, what do they have on them? Oil, fuel, etc.

i don't know there just real black and the tip of the spark plugs keeps breaking off
Automotive Expert
Is it wet? Do you have a picture you can send?

noi would have to take a picture could you hold on a minute
Automotive Expert
Ok if the tip is breaking off, it must be running real lean and melting the plug. Check the fuel pressure. If it ran lean for too long then it could have also melted the piston rings.

does the piston rings help prevent it from leakinganother thing its doing is using up gasoline fast
Automotive Expert
The piston rings provide compression to the cylinder. You may have a leaking injector. Do a compression test and fuel pressure test. You can then have the injectors tested.

will i be able to do them test myself
Automotive Expert
You would need special equipment. If you don't have any, then no you couldn't do it.
