Q: Can't adjust mirrors

I can't adjust the mirrors, and fluid won't come out to wash the windshield. Something electrical appears to be wrong.

Fuse 20 controls both of those circuits. I found a bulletin from Honda to upgrade that fuse to 10 amps from 7.5 amps. Be sure you are using quality washer fluid. Frozen washer fluid is what appears to blow the fuse. A qualified mechanic from YourMechanic can come out and inspect your mirror’s electrical system to have this issue fixed.
