Q: Audio system not working right

The sound isn't working from the left front door speaker of the car.

Power and ground should be checked for that specific speaker. Also, if the speaker is blown out that can cause issues as well. The door panel should be removed by a qualified technician to perform a diagnostic to ensure proper operation. The fuses should be checked as well because some stereo systems are split electrically.
