Q: 3rd Request for mechanic to confirm parts
This is my 3rd request!!! If Sales/Service does not contact me tomorrow, Friday (my original message was Saturday), I will just take my business elsewhere. This is ridiculous that I keep getting the "24-hour response" that someone will contact me. You want me to make an appointment to do the work? Then answer me.
