Q: 2009 Ford Expedition air conditioner will not shut off and dash buttons not functional

asked by on September 12, 2017

The issue we are experiencing is that the A/C will not shut off... The off button will not turn it off and the fan stays on high all of the time. It seems to be an electrical issue, but not sure where to start. I have other work that needs to be done at the same time, as my OBDII reader is showing a bad camshaft position sensor, though it does not tell me which one. I assume that is easiest to replace both at the same time?

Thanks,

Matt
