David, was a pleasure to deal with. My seat issue with my G35 was not something I could easily deal with myself at my location. He made quick work to figure out the problem and when the parts cost was learned to be outrageous from the Infiniti dealer he made a call and offered me a better solution. This was the first time I had used this type service and not knowing for sure where to radomly take my car for potential repairs it was a great alternative. I look forward to his return once my part arrives.

David is the best mechanic I have ever used. I was so used to taking my car to other places and having them over charge me and never fully fix the problem. David was professional, honest and friendly. I never felt like he was trying to get me to add extra parts to my car that I didn't need. He fully diagnosed the problem with my car and went the extra step to make sure that I was all set at a fair price. I don't know much about cars and other places I have taken my car to the mechanics would talk down to me, this was not the case at all with David he made sure I knew everything he was checking and what he was going to do to my car. If I need work done on my car again I'm going to request David. I would recommend him to anyone of my family and friends.

David evaluated my situation, and based on the situation I was in (broken timing belt at highway speeds) suggested I not get the scheduled work (replace the timing belt) done and combine services together to save money as opposed to fixing the immediate problem, just to discover that there was a whole lot more work that would need to be done. I was quoted a labor cost for a 10-hour job. David finished the job in about 6 hours -- but I was still charged for the original labor quote of 10 hours. I believe this is company policy, not David's.
