I was admittedly skeptical - surely the sequel can't be as good as the first one! - but Jeffrey was a joy to have working on my car! He initially inspected my car to correctly determine the problem, and when the quote turned out to be not only reasonable but extremely competitive I didn't waste any time having him come back and replace the starter in my car. With the mechanic being such a nice guy, and the price beating the local, tradition auto repair shop, having him come to me simply sealed the deal!
