I was very impressed with Theodore and his ability to trouble shoot and fix my car. He came out once and stayed for an entire hour and my car engine would not die so he could not assess the problem. Not only did he not charge me but he rescheduled with me for Saturday and I assured him that the car would be in the state that it will not start. He diagnosed the problem (ignition coil), left to pickup the part, returned and installed the part and car is now running perfectly. I feel that Theodore went above and beyond what I expected and I will refer anyone I know that needs the help of a honest, trustworthy, professional mechanic. Thanks again Theodore you made a stressful situation a positive experience!

Theodore is my hero! I attempted to change my break pads and soon realized I did NOT need to finish the job bc of lack of knowledge. Theodore came to my home, fixed the mess i started and has my car running like a champ even a week later! I am SOOOOO THANKFUL to have Theodore as MY new go to mechanic!

He was on time and was very thorough explaining the issues my car was having. Came back with Parts the next day and fixed my car. In total this process to find the problem and fix it was in total about 3 hours of my time. The shop would have had my car all day and probably into the next day. He was very courteous and professional and I will be using him again.

Kyle was amazing! It feels good to know that mechanics like Kyle exist and such a treat that he's a part of YourMechanic. When he arrived, he listened to my concerns and the issues we were dealing with our car. Since I was working remotely, I was only able to interact briefly on my break. His warmth gave me assurance that we were in great hands. So I handed him the keys and headed inside with my little ones on my tail.
