Allen was more than prompt. He showed up at the location provided and by the time I had arrived he had already fixed the problem for me. He was a very friendly and honest guy.

Thomas came to inspect an issue I was having from my car previously being "fixed" by a different YM mechanic. He came on time (if memory serves me correctly, I believe he was even early!!) and was so knowledgeable and quick! He really helped me out and really went above and beyond to serve me and help me. If I choose to ever use YM again, I would ONLY use him!
