Richard McCarthy is the guy who inspected and serviced my car last week. It was my first time using YourMechanic and I feel lucky to have Richard assigned to my request. He is super knowledgeable and detail oriented. He is extremely patient on answering all my newbie questions and I think partly because he knows what he is doing and same time he really loves cars and car work. He not only did what's listed in the appointment but also explained to me why and how things should be monitored and maintained in the future, which is so helpful. He as well pointed out few places that may encounter problems in the future on the car that certainly reminds me to properly maintain the car continuously. It's the best car service I had so far in last 10 years that for first time I learned so much about my car within a couple hours. I appreciate Richard's service and quality work.
