I think most people would agree with this statement, finding a mechanic with good character and integrity is hard to find. At Your Mechanic I have found that in Mr. Tien. From this day forward I will only book Mr. Tien to work on my vehicles, I will only recommend Mr. Tien to family and friends. If you want the job done right with peace of mind afterwards, Mr.Tien is who you need to book. For all those of you who use this review as well as others I feel kind of bad for Mr. Tien because now he will never get a day off.

Tien showed up early for our appointment which worked for me and got right to work. The job was completed early which again worked for me. Work area was left spotless and supplied parts used and unused were returned. I completed a test drive, shook Tien's hand and he was gone. Excellent mechanic who I will recommend to family and friends.

John was timely, knowledgeable, and transparent about my repair. He was understanding and accommodating of my tight garage setting, very communicative and overall made my experience easy and painless.
