Claud was on time, friendly, and very professional. He explained to me in great detail the theory of what could be wrong with my car. He took me through the different stages We have an appointment this Friday so that Claud can apply what was explained to me today. I'm still trying to wrap my head around what a water pump has to do with an oil and antifreeze leak, I guess the water pump is blocking him from seeing where the leaks are.
