I have experienced working at a Ford Technical Assistance Center assisting major dealerships as well as Chrysler LLC Headquarters. I also have experienced in multiple automotive applications, including but not limited to Fuel Ignition & Emission Systems, Electronic Engine Control Systems, Battery Starting & Charging, Advance Automotive Brake Systems, Advance Suspension & Steering Systems, Climate Control Systems, Electrical & Electronic Systems and Advance Electrical Engine Control Systems. Not nearly a six years ago, I acquired an Automotive Degree at Gwinnet Technical College in Lawrenceville Georgia; trust and believe that your vehicle worked on by an individual & a supporting team with real Know How.

Claud arrived on time was polite and professional. He is a very knowledgeable mechanic, diagnosed the problem in about half an hour. He explained the needed repair in easy to understand language .Although the part needed for the repair had to be ordered, I'm confident Claud will have no problems making a seamless repair.
