Allen did such an amazing job! He arrived right on time and even finished a few minutes early! The sun was out and it was very hot but he had a huge smile on his face the entire time! I definitely recommend using his services again.

by Michael from Winter Park, FL 32792

My car was not starting and I had just replaced the battery. This was my first time using yourmechanic.com and Alan was my service technician. Alan did a great job diagnosing the issue which ended up being a faulty starter. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately I needed the starter replaced the next day and Alan was booked so I had to go with another mechanic otherwise I definitely would have had him do the repair. I highly recommend Alan and will try and use him again in the future if I have an issue with my vehicle.

Oxygen Sensor

by Michael from Melbourne, FL 32934

Damian was very professional and quite polite. He finished the repairs in less time than expected. Every thing went very well and I would highly recommend Damian and use his services again in the future.

Spark Plugs

by Michael from Cocoa, FL 32927

Though I tried to register for a tuneup my definition and yours were different as Damion was not provided with the plugs or coils he needed to do the job. I purchased the parts myself he added the labor costs and installed them. I was a little disapointed but figure it was at least partly my fault as maybe I didn't understand your questionnaire. Damion was awesome did everything quickly and as far as I can tell expertly.

Q: Paint is peeling off all over, will it rust?

First, I would recommend going to your local Ford dealership for a rust inspection. Other Escape owners have experienced similar issues, and if yours is similar enough, it may be covered by Ford. Ford covering the damages is the best...

Q: Paint problems like bubbles and rust, not an old car
Answered by Jay
Have a certified Ford dealership look at the hood to determine the cause and suggest the best course of action to take. If the dealer corrosion warranty does not cover the repair, then another course of action is to have...
