Micheal was phenomenal! He still came out on the same appointment day even though he had to wait on a rotor to be in stock. He went absolutely above and beyond for me. As a female, I usually get screwed when I take my car in to a shop for services. Going in for something that was supposed to cost $300 and walk out paying $600 or more. I did not get that with Michael at all. Very pleasant, straight forward and honest. I have found my new mechanic. Thanks Micheal!
