Excellent service, convenient and quick! Only thing was a tire rotation was included in my purchase and he said they didn't need. James jumped on it when I insisted. Great comm from James before, and he researched the special oil required for VW TDI. Your Mechanic is a great idea, great service, so convenient... thanks!!

SERVICE

Battery

AMOUNT PAID

$80.00
by Jared from San Rafael, CA 94903

Caster was professional, punctual, and overall good guy. He quickly helped me change my battery (had a hold down bolt that I couldn't get to) and also retrieved a missing tool from my engine. He was in and out in 30 minutes and very pleasant. You can tell Caster loves his job and has tons of experience. I would definitely call Caster again.

Tires that came from the factory are not good at all
Answered by Jay
The tires which came with your vehicle should not have had problems with sidewalls cracking or blowing out. I would recommend having the tires checked by the manufacturer for issues or defects which may be covered. To find replacement tires,...
Suspension up front makes a ton of noise, creaks
Answered by Jay
The front suspension has many moving parts which could cause the noise you describe. The most likely cause is the sway bar links binding. They can be inspected by turning the suspension steering and bouncing the car up and down,...
Sagging headliner coming off the ceiling, looks awful
Answered by Jay
The headliner is a piece of material with a foam backing which is glued to the roof of the interior. The glue used by Volkswagen to adhere the headliner does not hold up very well, causing the material and foam...
