On time, fast thorough and clean work. He is knowledgable and helpful explaining how the system he is repairing works if you are interested. Above all else trustworthy! He is obviously a smart guy who knows building a good honest long term relationship with a customer is more beneficial than getting you to do more work than you really need just for the quik buck. If he's not availible on the day and time you pick you should pic a different day and time! It's worth it.
