SERVICE

Ignition Lock And Cylinder Switch

AMOUNT PAID

$288.26
by Bryan from Chino, CA 91710

Rocco really seemed knowledgable and it made me feel confident that my car would be taken care of. I wish I would have made the appointment sooner since my battery was drained from leaving it sitting for a week in my driveway. Other than that Rocco showed professionalism and I will definitely be using his services when needed.

SERVICE

Oil Change

AMOUNT PAID

$675.46
by Matthew from Hermosa Beach, CA 90254

Rocco was great. He communicated he was running a half hour late, but he got the job done 2 hours earlier than expected. The man dominated the job well with in the projected time period so to me I'm not concerned what time he starts. Rocco was very transparent about a service I didn't really need and removed it from the work order. He also highlighted some issues that needed to be addresssed going forward, which is appreciated. He didn't just show up to do the job on the work order and leave. He pointed out some problem areas he noticed because it is the right thing to do. Personally, I really appreciate made being aware of items that need to be address although they were well outside the scope of the requested service. Will definitely be working with Rocco again.

Key does not turn and steering wheel locked.
Answered by Evan

Hi, The seat belt system is designed to lock if pulled out too fast or if in a fast stop. Inside the mechanism for the belt there is a ratching mechanism that controls this locking and is not serviceable at...

Answered by Robert
Hello. If the engine runs fine when you are holding the accelerator pedal down and dies when you release it then you may have a couple of possible issues. I would first check the vacuum hoses going to the engine....
