Matthew diagnosed and repaired a defective VVT oil line on my Toyota Sienna in the parking lot of my workplace on one of the hottest days of the year. I was a little uncomfortable about using this service, but Matthew's extremely amicable and polite confidence assured me that he was everything his profile said he was. It shows in his attitude how much he enjoys his work, and he made sure to call/text me with updates as requested and was absolutely willing to explain every step of the diagnostic and repair process - I'm going on 10,000 miles since the oil line replacement and have had no issues. I've kept his card in my car ever since and I plan to use it the next time something comes up.
