Two weeks ago Todd came by and diagnosed a problem that was caused by another mechanic from YourMechanic. He didn’t complete the other mechanic’s job but he gave me a temporary fix so my check engine light won’t continue coming on. I’m still waiting for that other mechanic or someone to give me a permanent fix with the part that was supposedly ordered for my car by the other mechanic. Todd was very nice and gave me his personal number if I ever needed help again.
