Johnathon was great but your company wasn't interested in helping me an insurance claim, exaggerated the repair time and was unable to repair my auto until 12/31. They did however locate the part 12/27. $379 to replace a $40 part. Not sure I'll be a repeat customer. Depends on repairs @ 9am 12/31. I hate Port Richey Ford but not sure that should have been the best course of action. But, again, my thanks to Johnathon.

JOSE WAS GREAT - I FELT VERY MUCH AT EASE LEAVING HIM WITH MY "BELOVED MUSTANG". HE IS FRIENDLY, POLITE AND VERY MUCH COMPETENT. I DON'T KNOW ABOUT "ABOVE AND BEYOND" BECAUSE IT WAS AN OIL CHANGE AND AS A WOMAN - I DON'T THINK I KNOW MUCH. BUTI DID GET THE FEELING THAT I COULD TRUST HIM AND I TRUST MY FEELINGS - THEY HAVEN'T LET ME DOWN YET.
