We had the alternator, serpentine belt, idler pulley and belt tensioner on our '07 Honda Odyssey replaced. After the first mechanic we were assigned (Mark Clough) canceled 4 appointments, Tom stepped up and took care of us. He was on time. Very personable and polite. He worked quickly and efficiently and had the repairs finished on time. He took time to explain exactly what he did and showed me the parts he replaced. I was very impressed. He also took a few minutes to give the vehicle a once over and alerted me to a small oil leak. After the work was completed he cleaned up the area and double checked his work while I watched. He explained what he was looking for and the results he got. Even though it had nothing to do with him, he apologized for the other mechanics disregard for customer service. Overall, I would very highly recommend Tom. Next time work with Your Mechanic I will absolutely insist on having Tom work on our car. Thank you so much to Tom for a great job.
