Joaquinn was great in explaining how it all works and diagnosing that the alternator was not the issue but that the issue appeared to be the corroded battery connector. He tested both the battery and alternator and both were good. He recommended cleaning the battery heads and said that this could be the fix or it could be something else. Suggested we start here. Very pleased.

Jason was early, professional, kind, knowledgeable and informative. It was the best / easiest oil change & tire rotation I've ever had. I felt bad because it was so hot outside, but he was quick and efficient. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to tip on a home service like this, but I would have if I had thought about it. I have never heard of a car service that comes to you, but it was extremely convenient. My slanted driveway did not pose a problem. I am extremely satisfied and look forward to this service in the future.

Stephen called shortly before appointment (:15 AM time to explain he had been able to get all the parts and would be late arriving. He called after noon to state he was on his way and gave me the option to reschedule if the late arrival presented a problem. He arrived about 2:00PM and went right to work. It was a cool day but Stephen was prepared to deal with the situation. It was easy to see the replacement of the timing belt and water pump was not a simple;e project I was capable of completing. The projected completion time was 6 hours however it was not completed until about 11:30PM. I periodically checked on his progress and he worked steadily and methodically despite the declining temperatures after dark. The work was completed professionally and I am very happy with Stephen's work. I must add that Stephen was always very courteous and professional.
