Norman was the most professional and honest mechanic I have ever used. Not only did he check out my vehicle for other signs of trouble but due to a faulty gasket he was forced to take my water pump off a second time. He did so without any hesitation, in the blazing hot sun and still completed the job within the time frame I was quoted. His knowledge and commitment to service is by far the best I have seen in a mechanic. This is my go to guy from now on!
