What a great person. Very good and fast service. I thought it was my starter (clicking when starting) but Chris was spot on when he said it was only a dead (like 6 feet under dead) battery. Took some to jump it and get it running, but if you want some courteous and great service ask for Chris. Thanks very much. He arrived early too.

Mr. Terrence did an excellent job diagnosing the source of the engine noise I was hearing. After examining my vehicle thoroughly and performing some tests, he explained that my recently replaced power steering pump was making a noise that a brand-new power steering pump should not be making. Mr. Terrence spoke to me in plain language I could understand. He recommended I return the new pump to the repair shop that sold it to me and ask for a replacement at no cost. He also encouraged me to get back in touch with Your Mechanic if I needed further diagnostics or repairs. Thank you, Mr. Terrence!
