Communicated great with arrival, located a hard to find business building and he was waiting by my car. Checked it out and he was open and honest about my situation. It took a lot of research for me to use this app BUT With Ivan’s bio I finally felt comfortable. He was spot on, new his $h1+ and I was entirely confident with Him. My brother in law is a mechanic back East, talked with him, yeh phone ding doesn’t work. Wasted hours on YouTube. I started the repair myself… button led it back up and called Your Mechanic! Frankly… super satisfied with app and Ivan! Not going to a BS around again!
