The engine on my aerostar van was heaving and shaking and refused to stay running. I told Carlos that this was a new problem that in the span of 1 day the car had gone from running fine to this abysmal coughing. I said, "If you have any questions for me I'll be in the house. Robert was very competent, friendly and helpful. We had given the wrong diagnosis of why the vehicle was overheating, it was not the thermostat being faulty. Robert showed us it was a faulty water pump and we are now making further appointment dates for this issue to be resolved.
