David was very friendly and very approachable on the phone. Called before my appointment to find out more about my car and to understand the problem with the car so he could be better prepared. He took the time to explain everything and kept me updated throughout the process (I was not with the car at the time of appointment). He didn't just tell me about the problems with the car after the inspection, he also told me all the things that are good about the car. Although I couldn't see what he was doing, he didn't try to "sell" extra services by coming up with BS like other mechanics sometimes do. I definitely felt that I could trust him. First time using this type of service and overall a very good experience. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend David.
