Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Check engine light and code indicated the catalytic converter needed to be replaced, after Richard replaced it, tested the car again, the light still came up. He went the extra mile, figuring out what needed to be done. He took the time and brought the extra part, leaving my car fixed. I'm especially happy because he cared enough to have the work done in one visit, instead of leaving it halfway done. Emission test passed, so I was extremely pleased with service. I definitely recommend him. Thank you Richard!

I had my car checked at the Honda dealership. They told me that I needed a new starter and said they would do it for $700.00. I called Firestone and they said they would do it for $500.00. So i'm off to Google. Thats where I found Your Mechanic. I entered my info and got a quote for $250.00. Now keep in mind that they come to you and was still cheaper than somewhere I would have to drive to. I set up my appointment and was ready to go. About an hour later I got a phone call from YM stating that I needed more than was quoted (here it comes, the bait and switch). They told me I also needed a gasket for my car so I held my breath and listened. It was an extra $20.00 (Thats All?). But they noticed that this was my first time using them and gave me a $20.00 discount. Great customer service if you ask me. Robert called later that day to confirm and the rest is history. I found my new mechanic.

My experience was great. He sent a text well before appointment time explaining that we might have to reschedule because of weather. Communicated back that my car was in a covered location. He let me know that we could keep the scheduled appointment and that he was on schedule to be on time. Respectful and professional. Will use him again.
