This was my daughter's vehicle but Fred was thorough with explaining to her what the problem was, I had requested maintenance only, he changed to a diagnostic mode, because there was a problem with one of the parts that he was Servicing. He also adjusted the price downward because he was not able to complete the service, since a part had to be replaced. My daughter had already bought the fluids so he made another price adjustment on that! I appreciated that!
