I'm so appreciative of the professionalism of Luis. While replacing the brakes and rotors through a suspension inspection he found that the brake booster vacuum hose was damaged (the car is 20) and the control arm assembly the rubber area was cracked. Mind you that just last month the vehicle passed inspection. The issues that Luis found were a safety issue. I was able to confirm this when I ran a quick errand. This job was not one for the timid as to get the control arm off was a substantial amount of work. Always friendly, always willing to explain issues in terms that I can understand and as evident an attention to detail that we are thankful for. I have been to a number of mechanics and in one way or another due to expense, due to using old parts, and yes some not even doing the work left the car in worse shape then it started. Here is a person that comes to your home and takes the time to explain, takes it out on a test drive to make sure everything is working when he is done and is friendly. You need to add another star for exceptionally GREAT.

Took the time to show me the parts that he had removed and the level that they were at. Took the car for a test drive and found an issue that my wife has been dealing with for a long time in regards to her brakes. The brake booster wire was frayed and needed to be replace. No wasted motion in his steps in replacing the brakes and rotors. I will definitely want him to do the work on my other vehicles in the future.
