Did a great job, very efficient, left the area totally cleaned as he found it. Very satisfied with his service. I will definitely request him for future work.

Jonathan was courteous, on time and was very informative about everything he was doing. Unfortunately the traditional repair shop that diagnosed the problem had the wrong information. So Jonathan is scheduled to do the proper repair on Monday. Also after the inspection Jonathan told me our brakes were is excellent condition the other repair shop said they had less then 10% left on them. Beware out there. I totally recommend You Mechanic.

Andy was so kind and very knowledgeable about my vehicle and the problems presented. He helped me understand why and how these things could have occurred and what needed to be done to fix them. I would totally recommend him to anyone that needed maintenance on their car in the future!

Q: Tires that came from the factory are not good at all
Answered by Jay
The tires which came with your vehicle should not have had problems with sidewalls cracking or blowing out. I would recommend having the tires checked by the manufacturer for issues or defects which may be covered. To find replacement tires,...
Q: Suspension up front makes a ton of noise, creaks
Answered by Jay
The front suspension has many moving parts which could cause the noise you describe. The most likely cause is the sway bar links binding. They can be inspected by turning the suspension steering and bouncing the car up and down,...
Q: Sagging headliner coming off the ceiling, looks awful
Answered by Jay
The headliner is a piece of material with a foam backing which is glued to the roof of the interior. The glue used by Volkswagen to adhere the headliner does not hold up very well, causing the material and foam...
